Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for aggressively identifying and securing net-new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. This team is focused on expanding our market presence and requires a dedicated hunter mentality.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Proactively hunt, identify, and prospect new clients across target markets to build a robust sales pipeline and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Develop and manage reports to provide actionable insights on sales activities and forecasting with accuracy for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies while managing contract negotiation and attending industry events to generate new business.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, with a strong emphasis on securing new business.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce) and strategic sales planning.
- Proven ability in negotiation, closing deals, and effectively communicating complex solutions to key decision-makers.
