Role Description

MBN Resources is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Bandar Klang. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, managing the sales cycle, and analyzing market trends to develop strategic business plans. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in customer relationship management, lead generation, and client retention
• Proven experience in sales strategy development, market research, and competitive analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
• Knowledge of the minerals and metals industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel as part of the role
