MTE is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of our technical training and professional certification. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, creating business opportunities, and contributing to workforce development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand MTE's training and certification
services.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and key
stakeholders.
* Promote competency-based training solutions and professional certifications to prospective
clients.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and support reporting on sales activities and business
development performance.
* Build strategic partnerships with industry players, government agencies, and educational
institutions.
* Identify and pursue grant, sponsorship, and funding opportunities to support training and
workforce development programmes.
* Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business growth and programme
improvement.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Marketing and related field.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in business development, sales, training, education, or TVET-related industries is an
advantage.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with strong organisational skills.
