Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle and non-motor insurance segments.
- Conduct telemarketing activities, follow up on leads, and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
- Present, propose, and recommend tailored insurance solutions based on clients business needs and risk profiles.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact, providing timely support, professional advice, and effective issue resolution.
Travel & Networking
- Visit client sites, attend business meetings, and participate in industry events to expand business networks.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads, referrals, and new business opportunities.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM systems.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management in a timely manner.
Compliance & Market Knowledge
- Ensure all insurance products and services comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Ad Hoc & Support Functions
- Perform additional duties and special assignments as assigned by Management.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and support ongoing insurance initiatives across both commercial vehicle and non-motor segments.
