Job Description

Work Location: Zetrix Tower, Empire City Damansara Perdana.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle and non-motor insurance segments.
  • Conduct telemarketing activities, follow up on leads, and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Present, propose, and recommend tailored insurance solutions based on clients business needs and risk profiles.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing timely support, professional advice, and effective issue resolution.

Travel & Networking

  • Visit client sites, attend business meetings, and participate in industry events to expand business networks.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads, referrals, and new business opportunities.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM systems.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management in a timely manner.

Compliance & Market Knowledge

  • Ensure all insurance products and services comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Ad Hoc & Support Functions

  • Perform additional duties and special assignments as assigned by Management.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and support ongoing insurance initiatives across both commercial vehicle and non-motor segments.
