Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing key accounts, and fostering client relationships. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience with New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and revenue
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Excellent Communication and Business acumen for strategic alignment and customer interaction
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the tech or edtech sector
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with high attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Base Salary:

  • Fixed base (to be discussed based on experience and engagement model)

Commission Structure:

  • High-performance, commission-led remuneration tied directly to closed deals and recurring revenue.

Typical OTE (On-Target Earnings):

RM 5,000 RM 12,000+ / month (depending on deal size and volume)
