Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present business proposals, sales presentations, and quotations
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients
  • Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and internal support teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and submit regular reports
  • Participate in marketing activities, networking events, and industry engagements
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and effective after-sales support

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 35 years of working experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition, and account management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage
  • Willing to travel when required
