Business Development Executive - Mandarin Speaker

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development (BD) Manager / Executive (Chinese Market) to join our exchange team. This role will focus on client-facing initiatives within the Chinamarket, supporting growth in listings, partnerships, and overall business expansion. The successfulcandidate must be fluent in Chinese (read & write) for external communications and English for internal coordination.This position is ideal for individuals who are experienced in business development or marketing, orrecent graduates with strong interest in financial markets, exchanges, and China-focused businessactivities.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development initiatives, particularly within the China market, to support

exchange growth and client engagement.

Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients (written and verbal), ensuring smooth and

professional client servicing.

Assist in evaluating and onboarding potential business partners and listing projects.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in the RWA (Real

World Assets) and exchange space.

Work closely with internal teams and the listing committee to ensure efficient execution of BD

strategies.

Support preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reports for management.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome

to apply (Business Interns also considered).

Proven experience in Business Development, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

Strong understanding of or keen interest in China market dynamics and RWA (Real World

Assets).

Fluency in Chinese (reading & writing) for client-facing communication.

Proficiency in English for internal communication.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Willing to relocate to Malaysia.
