We specialise in helping brands and businesses grow their presence through engaging content, innovative campaigns, and impactful storytelling across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. As we expand, we're looking for driven and dynamic individuals to join our team and help us take our client partnerships to the next level.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development / Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone energetic, target-driven, and passionate about digital media, content marketing, and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads across various industries, with a focus on digital media and advertising solutions
  • Pitch our services to potential clients, including media campaigns, branded content, and more
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored digital strategies to meet their objectives
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts with attention to detail and clarity
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, creative, social) to deliver results
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (must be in media, advertising, or digital marketing)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong interest in social media, digital trends, and content creation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus
  • Own transportation is required

Nice to Have:

  • Existing network of potential clients in retail, F&B, or lifestyle sectors
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media ad buying
