Job Description

The Business Development Executive will support the management team in developing and executing business development strategies to attract new clients. This role involves researching market trends and competitors, fostering stakeholder engagement, closing sales, liaising with clients and external agencies, and managing client communications.

Responsibilities

Identify, promote, and acquire new clients by establishing strategic partnerships.

Manage complex sales and business development processes involving multiple stakeholders.

Monitor client portfolios and drive cross-selling opportunities for business management solutions.

Maintain service and sales standards across key customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to support strategic growth.

Collaborate with internal operations teams to facilitate business deals and ensure seamless execution.

Plan, organize, and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Manage administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, writing minutes meeting and proposal preparation, and report documentation.

Handle client correspondence, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience as Business Development, Marketing or similar role.

Experience managing tender and proposals.

Experience in planning and organising corporate events and other promotional activities.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills; demonstrated by ability to work both independently and within a team, assess priorities, and manage a variety of activities with attention to detail.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Fluency in English; proficiency in at least one other language preferred.

Excellent customer service and internal communication skills

At least 2 years of business development experience

At least 1 years of experience managing employees.

3-5 years of total work experience.

Works well under pressure, well organized and rigorous.
