Job Description

Job Scope
  • To provide and offer mortgage loan advises and solution for the bank
  • To continuously build good business relationship with lawyers, property agents, developer staff
  • Actively market and identify new business opportunities and customer acquisition
  • Carry out presale's activity (i.e customer background check, filtering of customer, assignment of customer)
  • Deliver world class service while attending to client's inquiries and follow up on mortgage loan application and documentation
  • Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience (sales preferably)
  • Fresh graduates who are motivated to be in sales are encouraged to apply Training will be provided
  • Comfortable in meeting and engaging with new people
  • Product knowledge on mortgages will be an added advantage
  • Required language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
