Job Description

Job Scope

To provide and offer mortgage loan advises and solution for the bank
To continuously build good business relationship with lawyers, property agents, developer staff
Actively market and identify new business opportunities and customer acquisition
Carry out presale's activity (i.e customer background check, filtering of customer, assignment of customer)
Deliver world class service while attending to client's inquiries and follow up on mortgage loan application and documentation
Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above
At least 1-2 years of working experience (sales preferably)
Fresh graduates who are motivated to be in sales are encouraged to apply Training will be provided
Comfortable in meeting and engaging with new people
Product knowledge on mortgages will be an added advantage
Required language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
