Role Overview- We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. This role requires someone proactive, resourceful, and passionate about building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and closing deals independently.
- You will be engaging with decision-makers at managerial level and above, positioning Tongle's solutions as a strategic partner for corporate well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and pursue new B2B business opportunities
- Actively conduct daily cold calling and outreach to secure meetings with prospective clients
- Consistently build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Schedule and attend meetings with managerial-level and senior decision-makers
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to position Tongle's solutions effectively
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation pitching negotiation closing
- Execute structured and consistent follow-ups to convert prospects into clients
- Achieve and exceed strict KPI targets (e.g., calls made, meetings secured, deals closed)
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Proven experience in B2B sales (engaging corporate clients at managerial level and above)
- Comfortable with daily cold calling and proactive outreach, using various methods to secure meetings (calls, LinkedIn, networking, partnerships)
- Highly disciplined in follow-ups and client management
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve targets
