We are expanding our presence in Malaysia and are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us scale.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will focus primarily on B2B sales, driving corporate engagement for Xaltius HRD-approved training programs. The role involves generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and closing training partnerships with organisations across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Xaltius HRD-approved training programs to corporate clients.
- Generate new B2B leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D, and training decision makers.
- Understand client training needs and propose suitable training solutions.
- Explain HRD Corp claim process and funding benefits to organisations.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Manage the full B2B sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly corporate sales targets.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Preferably experienced in selling HRD-approved or corporate training programs.
- Strong understanding of HRD Corp processes is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to handle corporate clients and manage sales conversations confidently.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
