Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Drive partner acquisition, pipeline growth, and strategic alliances for Antrapol's PQC product suite.
  • Someone comfortable operating at the intersection of deep technical credibility (cryptography, PKI, cybersecurity regulation) and commercial deal-making, in a market where the buying cycle runs through regulators, GLCs, and channel partners rather than direct enterprise sales.
  • Translate Antrapol's PQC migration capability into partner-ready propositions, and to close agreements that expand market reach without expanding Antrapol's own sales headcount.

Channel & Partner Development

  1. Identify, qualify, and onboard resellers, system integrators, and technology partners capable of distributing various PQC technology produced by Antrapol
  2. Build and manage a partner enablement pipeline: training, certification pathways, tiered pricing structures, and RACI-based deployment models
  3. Negotiate and close reseller and channel agreements, including commercial terms, exclusivity clauses, and territory rights
  4. Strategic & Government-Adjacent Partnerships
  • Lead or support multi-party collaboration agreements with agencies and enterprise partners (e.g. regulators, telcos, GLCs), including scoping, co-marketing terms, survival clauses, and approval SLAs
  • Map and engage the Malaysian regulatory and institutional landscape relevant to PQC adoption (NACSA, MCMC, BNM, Cyber Security Act 2024, MyKriptografi, MCSS 2025-2030, NCII) to identify partnership and procurement pathways
  • Represent Antrapol in PoC and pilot discussions with government-linked and NCII entities

5. Market & Pipeline Development

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline across target verticals (government/NCII first, then BFSI), aligned with Antrapol's go-to-market sequencing
  • Translate technical differentiation (crypto-agility, sovereign PQC migration, KAZ algorithm licensing) into partner and customer-facing value propositions
  • Track competitive landscape (e.g. other crypto-agility and CA vendors) and feed insights into positioning and pricing

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the C-Suite and technical team to scope PoC agreements and ensure commercial commitments are technically deliverable
  • Contribute to investor- and board-facing materials where partnership traction is a key data point
  • Support marketing collateral (brochures, pitch decks) with accurate, partner-relevant positioning

Required Qualification & Skill

  • 5+ years in business development, channel/partner management, or enterprise sales, ideally in cybersecurity, PKI/identity, fintech, or govtech
  • Demonstrated experience closing partner or reseller agreements, including commercial and legal terms negotiation
  • Familiarity with Malaysia's government procurement, GLC, and regulatory landscape (or a fast ability to learn it)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; comfortable producing formal bilingual documentation
  • Ability to hold credible conversations with technical stakeholders (CISOs, architects) without needing to be the cryptographer in the room

Strongly Preferred

  • Existing network within Malaysian NCII operators, BFSI institutions, or GLCs
  • Prior experience in PKI, digital certificates, identity management, or post-quantum/cryptography adjacent sales
  • Experience navigating multi-party agreements involving regulators or public agencies
  • Understanding of crypto-agility, PQC migration drivers (NIST standardisation), or willingness to develop deep fluency quickly

Nice to Have

  • Experience in blockchain, digital signing, or secure infrastructure GTM
  • Prior startup or scale-up experience in a channel-first (not direct-sales) model

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

  • A qualified partner roster covering priority NCII/BFSI segments, with signed reseller/channel agreements
  • At least one active multi-party PoC or pilot progressed from scoping to execution
  • A repeatable partner enablement playbook (pricing tiers, training, RACI) in active use
  • Clear, documented pipeline visibility feeding into Antrapol's board and investor reporting

Why Join Antrapol

  • Ground-floor opportunity in a category-defining moment: Malaysia's national PQC migration
  • Work directly with the Founder/C Suite and access to proprietary, exclusively-licensed cryptographic IP (KAZ algorithm family)
  • High-trust, high-autonomy role with direct influence on company strategy and GTM direction
