Job description

  • Source, negotiate, and sign partnerships with the top-tier, mid to small-sized retailers in your categories.
  • Manage the sales pipeline carefully to ensure accurate data and hygiene are updated in the system.
  • Willingness to travel interstate
  • Constantly build relationships with important networks through leveraging existing networks, and attending industry events to secure the 1st meeting with the key decision-makers.
  • Continuously refreshing sales pipeline by sourcing up and coming players.
  • Use competitive insights to inform selling strategies and strategic directions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, customer success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development role, B2B sales experience with familiarity with merchants popular among Singapore consumers is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing top-tier accounts, and exceeding sales target.
  • Success in selling to, working with, and building relationships with decision-makers and business owners.Excel in managing multiple retailers concurrently and closing deals quickly.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with your own styles - ability to build relationships .
  • High energy, passionate, and always have a hustling mentality.
  • Strong desire to work in a start-up environment and comfortable with always be evolving sales processes.
  • Existing network in fashion, beauty, e-commerce top-tiers accounts is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skill. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus to work with Chinese Merchants
