Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Damansara Perdana, Selangor for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet objectives. The candidate will manage accounts, analyze market trends, and propose new business initiatives to expand CMAP's presence within the region.

Qualifications

• Strong business and strategic development skills, including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and partnership management.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, account management, and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presenting, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic plans for growth.
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Familiarity with digital products, e-commerce platforms, and mobile gifting technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Damansara Perdana and willingness to travel within the region as required.
