The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the related industry (Automotive, plastic/rubber OEM).
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
3.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and strategies that meet client requirements.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
6.Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
7.Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
2.Minimum 5 years proven track record in sales, business development or account management, preferably in Automotive, plastic/rubber OEM.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present ideas to diverse audiences.
5.excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
