Job Objective:
To drive sustainable growth and market expansion within the civil engineering segment by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening our presence with key stakeholders. The role is responsible for expanding project specifications, increasing market penetration, and delivering revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Job Scope
- To achieve the minimum sales targets per month as per the budget set
- Provide sales and specification services & solutions in the usage of civil engineering products to the existing and prospective customers
- Attend to site technical issues, meetings, trade demonstrations etc
- Follow up on project submission and site mock-up requirements for potential sales opportunities
- Building relationships with main contractors / Consultants / Specialists / Distributors
- Use market information for existing projects to establish sales opportunities
- To champion the civil engineering segment/s and to support other sales staff and coordinate with them about sales opportunities
- To highlight who the prominent and active consultants, main contractors and specialists in the champion segment so that can arrange to make proper presentation to them
- To establish relationships with consultants/engineers who are working on site to enable future specifications to be developed for maintenance work and new projects
- To advise on your requirements for training, marketing and new products to enable growth in the civil engineering business.
- Preparing of respective sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and achieving individual sales targets, KPIs
- Any other duties assigned by Management/HOD

Functional skills
- Diploma in Business / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- With at least 5 years of experience in sales related position in the civil engineering industry, experience in construction products is highly desirable
- Computer and software (MS Office applications, AutoCAD , sales support software)
- Good network with engineers, architects and contractors
- Ability to prepare and hold presentations and demonstrations
- Time management skill with ability to handle multiple projects/tasks
