Business Development Manager Malaysia (Urology Surgical Devices)
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with proven urology surgical experience to drive growth across Malaysia.
Your focus
- Open and grow hospital and specialist urology accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, surgeons, and KOLs
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) execution for urology surgical product launches
- Drive pipeline growth through strategic account planning and joint calls
- Track competitors, tenders, and market opportunities
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Regulatory teams
What success looks like (KPIs)
- New urology hospital accounts opened within the first 612 months
- Measurable revenue growth from the urology portfolio
- Successful adoption of new urology surgical products
- Strong surgeon engagement and repeat usage
- Accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management
Key requirements
- 5+ years experience in medical device sales / business development
- Hands-on experience with urology surgical products in the OT
- Proven hospital account penetration and surgeon engagement
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills
