With a growing portfolio of commercial, residential, retail, workplace, and public projects, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and expand our market presence in Malaysia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & PlanningDevelop and execute business development strategies aligned with the firms vision and goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, government agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Lead client presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Market IntelligenceConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and attend relevant networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with design, marketing, and project teams to align business goals with project delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the design, construction, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong network within the Malaysian property and design industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Networks in Malaysia
