To develop growth strategies & plans in achieving assigned targets.
To be an expert in company's products and be able to detail and recommend the best solutions for customers.
To manage distributor and customer relation in professional manner.
To continuously explore new business opportunities and market potentials to increase market shares.
To ensure all sales objectives are met by formulating and executing promotional strategies and sales plan in line with company's business objectives.
To organize and hold effective sales presentations.
To assist in organizing and participate in trade exhibitions.
To regularly share and exchange market information/ feedbacks with team for market intelligence.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Chemistry, Marketing or any equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of international sales experience in pharmaceutical/ medical industries.
Strong understanding of global medical devices industry
Ability to analyze market dynamics and identify business opportunities to develop business in a country.
Proven track record for developing new businesses and expansion of existing accounts.
