Job Description

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company's market share and presence in Malaysia.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Identify and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to drive new business opportunities.

Lead business development efforts, including proposal generation, contract negotiation, and closing sales for training and consultancy solutions.

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, training, and consultancy experts) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs by cultivating business opportunities in the corporate sector, government agencies, and other industries.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Additional certifications or training in sales, business development, or training/consultancy
  • Must be willing to work inIskandar Puteri, Johor
