Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, experience in B2B staffing services, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for permanent staffing, contract staffing, executive search, and recruitment services.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and MIS reports.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of business development experience in the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of permanent staffing, contract staffing, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients and candidates across international markets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
