Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Lithium Ion Battery Solution Provider in their search for a Business Development Manager based in South East Asia.

Salary Range: $2,500 - $6,000

Work Setup: Frequent travel in South East Asia (Remote when not traveling)

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: South East Asia

Your Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for business development, customer acquisition and sales in the LEV (Light Electric Vehicles / Electric Two-Wheelers / Electric Motorcycles) sector in Southeast Asia, and achieve sales and payment collection targets set by the company.
  • Collect market information and analyze competitors in the responsible region, and complete the analysis and summary of market research reports.
  • Liaise with electric vehicle factories, brand owners, OEM/ODM manufacturers and channel distributors to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Follow up and resolve on-hand inventory and slow-moving stock issues.
  • Coordinate and handle customer complaints.
  • Collect accounts receivable.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or above; at least 3 years of sales experience in the LEV (Light Electric Vehicles / Electric Two-Wheelers / Electric Motorcycles) industry, or sales experience of lithium batteries / battery cells / power batteries serving two-wheeler customers.
  • Language requirement: Chinese-English / Chinese-Thai / Chinese-Vietnamese bilingual.
  • Willing to travel frequently across Southeast Asia; with local market experience preferred.
  • Possess customer resources in the LEV industry, including EV factories, electric motorcycle brands, two-wheeler OEM/ODM manufacturers, and channel distributors.
  • Identify with the company culture, good professional ethics, integrity, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, outstanding business

negotiation and customer relationship management capabilities.

  • Strong capabilities in market analysis, customer judgment, demand mining, as well as good service awareness and self-motivation.
  • Able to work under sales pressure, highly target-driven and results-oriented.
