As we expand our presence in Malaysia, we are looking for a passionate and qualified Business Development Manager to join our growing team. If you have a solid background in CFD and Forex trading and a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, IB (Introducing Broker) networks, PAMM solutions, copy trading platforms, and trader education programs.
- Leverage existing experience in the CFD trading space and utilize a strong network of IBs to support business expansion.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with brokers, liquidity providers, and financial institutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs aligned with business growth objectives.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and build lasting relationships.
- Engage with clients to understand their trading objectives, provide market insights, trade recommendations, and ongoing support.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide product/trading platform guidance.
- Ensure timely and accurate trade execution while maintaining effective risk controls.
- Stay up to date with financial markets, trading regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acquiring and managing IB partnerships.
- Proven background in fintech sales, particularly in Forex, CFDs, and trading solutions.
- Strong track record in high-value B2B sales and the ability to negotiate complex deals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales efforts independentlythis is not just a sales execution role.
- Strong industry connections and a network of decision-makers within brokerage firms, banks, and financial institutions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of relevant compliance frameworks including AML, KYC, and other regulatory standards.
- Based in or open to working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
