Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing initiatives across APAC, collaborating with local teams and headquarters.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through lead generation, technical seminars, application feasibility tests, negotiations, and after-sales support.
  • Build strong relationships with technical and sales teams within defined territories.
  • Provide technical support and training on Mettler Toledo's technologies.
  • Gather market intelligence to support product development and competitive analysis.
  • Support regional events and initiatives led by the Head of Sales.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering required; Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in process development, sales & marketing, or product management.
  • Proven track record in delivering business results and ability to influence across matrix organizations.
  • International experience in Asia with willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Strong communication skills; proficiency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
