Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing initiatives across APAC, collaborating with local teams and headquarters.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through lead generation, technical seminars, application feasibility tests, negotiations, and after-sales support.
- Build strong relationships with technical and sales teams within defined territories.
- Provide technical support and training on Mettler Toledo's technologies.
- Gather market intelligence to support product development and competitive analysis.
- Support regional events and initiatives led by the Head of Sales.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering required; Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in process development, sales & marketing, or product management.
- Proven track record in delivering business results and ability to influence across matrix organizations.
- International experience in Asia with willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
