Job Responsibilities
1. Grid-based Market Development: Responsible for printer and consumables sales in assigned areas. Implement grid-based management, proactively develop SME clients, retail stores, and individual customers to increase market penetration.
2. Client Development: Actively identify and acquire new clients. Provide printer product solutions tailored to office equipment needs.
3. Channel & End-User Management: Regularly visit existing clients within the assigned region to maintain strong relationships. Understand usage patterns and provide after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Execute sales strategies, follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and conduct business negotiations to ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met.
5. Market Intelligence Gathering: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities. Collect customer feedback to provide insights for company sales strategy development.
Job Requirements
1. Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in printers, office equipment, or related industries. Familiarity with the local market environment is a plus.
2. Education: Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
3. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Resources: Candidates with existing client resources are preferred.
5. Languages: Proficiency in Malay, English, and Chinese to serve a multilingual customer base.
