Radiance Markets is the retail trading brand of a technology group built across payments, trading systems, risk management, and financial consulting. We are hiring Business Development Managers to develop and manage client relationships across our Mandarin-speaking markets.
This is a fully remote role on a rotating morning and evening shift schedule.
The role
You open the relationship and you keep it. That means reaching out to prospective clients, explaining what we offer and how the platform works, and walking them through registration, verification and their first deposit. After that you stay with them: answering the day-to-day questions, noticing when something falls outside your remit, and handing it to the team that owns it rather than letting it sit.
Every conversation is logged in our CRM. You work alongside the support, risk and payments teams so that client issues close properly.
What we need
Native or bilingual Mandarin. You will speak and write to clients in Mandarin every day.
Working English. Internal communication and all our systems are in English.
At least two years in sales or business development. Experience in financial services, forex, crypto or payments is an advantage.
Comfortable working in WeChat, Telegram and Microsoft Teams daily.
Clear, calm, professional writing.
Your own computer and a stable internet connection.
Willing to work rotating morning and evening shifts.
What we offer
Base salary plus performance commission. The commission structure is set out at interview.
Fully remote, with flexible hours within your assigned shift.
Product, process and systems training before you handle your first client.
An international team. English is used daily, not occasionally.
