Spot and develop new business opportunities, and evaluate their viability.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Understand the needs of clients and deliver tailored solutions; respond to queries and handle RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
Work together with Business Development and Product Solution leadership teams to secure, maintain, and expand accounts.
Present and communicate product information to prospects during meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
Build and keep updated a prospect database using CRM software and Excel.
Make outbound calls to potential clients (cold calling), convert leads into sales, and guide clients through the closing process.
Meet quota targets for cold calls, active/inactive calls, appointments, and annual sales goals.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain all sales-related administrative functions using CRM software.
Coordinate with Marketing and Business Development management to set sales goals, plan strategies, and forecast; keep both short- and long-term business development plans current.

Experience in lead generation and managing prospects.
Energetic, outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor.
Persuasive, goal-driven attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to call and engage potential clients effectively.
Minimum two years of experience in business development or a related sales role; familiarity with the full sales cycle from initiation to closing.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, result-oriented, and strong in building customer relationships.
Academic credential: STPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
