Business Development Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to helps us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationship with clients.
Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Promote the company product/ services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs to improve sales.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
Experience in business development, sales, marketing or related field.
Strong in presentation skills, communication skills, negotiation skills and closing skills
Proficiency in multi-language (English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay.)
Motivation for sales
Ability to build rapport
Times management and planning skills
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Proven sales track record.
Experience in customer support is a plus
