Business Development Manager

Samaiden Group is an EPCC solutions provider specializing in Renewable Energy (RE) projects, including solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and power plants. We offer comprehensive in-house technical expertise in RE and environmental consulting services, as well as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Petaling Jaya. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategies to grow the business, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
