About This Role:

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant with a proven track record in the e-commerce/SaaS sector. In this individual contributor (IC) role, you will focus on penetrating the mid-to-large merchant market, executing complex sales cycles, and driving high-value revenue growth for SHOPLINE.

What Are Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and close mid-to-large e-commerce merchants to expand SHOPLINE's premium customer base.
  • Manage the full-cycle sales pipeline independently, from lead generation and solution design to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Deeply understand merchant pain points and deliver tailored SaaS solution proposals to maximize win rates.
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitor movements to unlock new verticals and high-potential segments.
  • Ensure high-quality customer onboarding transitions and coordinate with internal implementation teams.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas and revenue KPIs.

What Are The Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful Sales or Business Development experience within E-commerce, SaaS, or Internet sectors.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets/quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to pitch complex SaaS solutions to mid-market decision-makers.
  • High self-motivation, resilience, and comfort with a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, and conversational in Mandarin/Chinese to collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Fully on-site.
