Job Description
- Develop and implementBusiness Development Strategiesto achieve long-term revenue growth in Data Center Segment.
- Identify and evaluatenew business opportunities, markets, and client partnerships in Malaysia and abroad.
- Build and maintain relationships withkey stakeholders (Clients, Consultants, Contractors)in Data Center Segment.
- Conductmarket researchto identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with theengineering, R&D, and sales teamsto design and propose innovative technical solutions.
- Lead thedevelopment of proposals, feasibility studies, and presentationsfor new clients or partners.
- Drive initiatives toenhance brand presence, such as attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Monitor and evaluatebusiness performance, providing reports and recommendations to management.
- Support the creation ofmarketing materials, case studies, and business presentations.
- Perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by management or supervisors.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum5 years of experienceinBusiness Development, Strategic Sales, or Project Partnerships, preferably inData Center Liquid Cooling Segment.
- Strong understanding ofmarket development, project-based business models, and technical sales.
- Demonstrated success in establishingnew markets, clients, or product lines.
- Excellentstrategic planning, networking, and negotiationskills.
- High adaptability and self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia and internationally for business development activities.
- Based atKuala Lumpur.
