Role Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Partner Business Development Officer to manage, grow, and support partner relationships across assigned markets. The role involves market expansion, partner engagement, performance analysis, and team supervision within the financial services industry.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Partner Management roles
• Fluent in English and Urdu (excellent verbal & written communication)
• Experience in financial services / brokerage / trading industry is a strong advantage
• Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, reporting tools, CRM systems)
• Dynamic, innovative, and target-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong client handling and problem-solving abilities
• Proven people management and coaching skills
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Implement partner market strategies to expand reach and revenue
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Stay updated on market developments, competitor activity, and product offerings

Partner Management

• Act as the main point of contact for partners and affiliates
• Support partners by addressing inquiries and coordinating with internal departments
• Organize partner events, meetings, and promotional activities in target regions

Strategy & Process Improvement

• Proactively suggest system and process improvements
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and compliance procedures

Leadership & Reporting

• Supervise, coach, and support the PRM / Partner team
• Analyze partner performance and prepare detailed reports and insights
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive overall business growth
