Job Description
You are a talented sales professional who can help others succeed in your area of expertise. As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's business growth, generating sales, managing relationships with clients, partners and acquiring new business.

Job Responsibilities
Generate sales among new client accounts and partners. Develop plans to optimize business opportunities.
Consultative selling, build trust and strengthen relationships by thoroughly understanding customer needs and
keeping clients informed on solutions that meet their objectives.
Identify and build strong client relationships with decision-makers from business and IT.
Experienced in the tendering process for customers special projects.
Act as a client advocate and work closely with internal teams from product development, solution, support, and
marketing to deliver clear communication of product deliverables and services.
Collaborate with the technical support team to provide clients with services they need, such as solution design,
installation, training, user support, and maintenance.
Present weekly reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Criteria
Open to Malaysian applicants only.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience or account management in IT solution sales or related corporate solutions
or products.
Positive attitude, team-oriented and self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively to achieve
account plans and contribute to the organization's goals.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Experience in FSI/Fintech and other related industries is an added advantage.
Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Analytical and able to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
Ability to respond to high-impact, high-profile clients product needs in a way that drives customer delight.
Bonus if you are well versed in IT integration projects, cloud solution platforms, eKYC or AI.
Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline.
