Job Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities across Malaysia
- Acquire and manage clients through door-to-door outreach, field visits and business networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of XTransfer's products and services
- Represent XTransfer at trade fairs, conferences and industry networking events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing
- Travel within Malaysia to meet clients on-site
Job Requirements:
- Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Bachelor's degree
- 35 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency is to liaise with China-based suppliers and Chinese-speaking clients
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- High emotional intelligence, empathy and customer service mindset
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background (Strong Advantage):
- Cross-border payment handling (especially to China-based suppliers)
- Logistics / freight forwarding sales
- Wholesale industries (3C electronics, garments, furniture, building materials, etc.)
- B2B trading business with China
- Existing network in China-trade ecosystem
