Job Description

B. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for developing new business opportunities and supporting marketing

initiatives for Dai Suwon's one-stop industrial packaging solutions. The role focuses

on acquiring and managing high-value B2B customers in industries such as

electronics, renewable energy, and industrial manufacturing.

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities for packaging products including

corrugated cartons, plastic packaging, foam cushioning, and wooden crates/pallets.

  • Identify and approach potential high-value B2B customers such as multinational

manufacturers and industrial companies.

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, market size, and potential

customers to support business expansion.

  • Develop marketing materials including company profile, product presentations,

and technical slides for customer meetings.

  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams to understand product

capabilities and propose suitable packaging solutions to customers.

  • Support sales strategy development and expansion into new industries or

markets.

  • Prepare reports and strategic insights directly to the CEO regarding market

opportunities and business development activities.

C. REPORTING TO : Head of Business Development (MD)

D. Competency Level

  • Education : Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience : 1–3 years experience in business development, marketing, or sales in

a B2B environment.

  • Skills : Strong research and analytical skills for market and industry studies

: Ability to prepare professional marketing presentations and materials

: Good communication and presentation skills

: Ability to engage with corporate and multinational customers

: Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset
