Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing business and ERP workflows to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation. Propose and implement streamlined, automated solutions that reduce manual intervention and improve data accuracy.
  • Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational performance and track KPIs.
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into clear data and reporting requirements for analytics and automation initiatives.
  • Explore and experiment with emerging technologies (e.g. AI, automation, LLM‑based tools) to automate reporting, generate predictive insights, and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Partner with ERP, data engineering and full-stack teams to translate business problems into functional requirements and actionable technology-driven strategies.
  • Prepare documentation such as SOPs, reporting workflows, and business requirements to support standardisation and system implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Foundation in business analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Exposure to ERP systems or operational platforms (e.g. finance, procurement, order-to-cash workflows) and experience with using technology to fix broken or inefficient business processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with dashboard and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and processes, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
