The role is responsible for end-to-end management of Investment product features, from conceptualisation, design, and roadmap planning to enhancement, rollout, and post-deployment monitoring.
Drive product roadmap planning and execution, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency in product management processes aligned to business strategy
Collaborate with business and regional product teams in Singapore and Shenzhen to analyse and evaluate feature requests, ensuring alignment and feasibility for accurate and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test cases based on business requirements, plan test schedules and resources, coordinate execution, track progress, escalate risks, and ensure clear documentation and timely resolution of defects.
Work with Regional and Local cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery, from development through deployment.
Prepare training materials and conduct briefings for impacted business units.
Respond to system queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in collaboration with development and product teams.
Requirements
Minimum 3 – 5 years of product management experience in financial services or related tech industries.
Proven ability to launch and manage product features in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and technical concepts.
Proficient in English and Malay (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, critical thinker with a growth mindset and strong team spirit.
Experience in the payments industry is an advantage.
