Responsibilities

What can you expect As a Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Executive, you will be a key contributor to the firm's digital presence and engagement strategy. You will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing initiatives and digital platforms while working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities . Digital Content Creation & Publishing Write, edit and publish high-quality digital content-including social media posts, captions, landing page copy, campaign messages, and email marketing materials-ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. . Email Marketing & CRM Management Produce and manage email campaigns from concept to delivery, including database management to support CRM initiatives. . Website Management Manage internal and external websites, including content updates, SEO/SEM driven enhancements, and end-to-end publishing. . Data Analysis & Performance Tracking Prepare periodic digital performance reports, analyze campaign insights, and provide recommendations for optimization. . Integrated Campaign Support Work alongside the Marketing & Communications team on multi-channel campaigns, contributing ideas and producing creative digital assets such as graphics, animations, photography, or videography. . Global/Regional Initiative Coordination Adapt and localize global/regional digital initiatives for the Malaysian market while offering technical guidance where required. . Special Projects Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the Head of Department or Head of Communications, including research, content development, and project coordination. Requirements

Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a digitally savvy, creative, and data-driven individual who is passionate about brand storytelling and digital excellence. Qualifications & Experience . Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience. . Degree in Creative Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Technical Skills . Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator familiarity with Canva is an advantage. . Proficiency in digital tools such as: o Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics o Power BI o CRM platforms o Social media management tools . Experience managing websites or digital platforms as an admin. . Experience in digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an added advantage. Personal Attributes . Strong written and verbal communication skills. . A team player with the ability to collaborate across functions. . Proactive, innovative, and able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences. . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
