Job Responsibilities:
- Work with internal departments to understand business needs and project requirements.
- Gather and analyze requirements, then translate them into system solutions.
- Support software implementation, including system setup, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
- Assist users during system rollout, parallel runs, and post-implementation support.
- Conduct user training and provide guidance on system usage when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology solutions.
- Prepare and maintain project, system, and user documentation.
- Provide ongoing application support and troubleshoot issues for users across different locations.
- Ensure project activities are completed according to agreed timelines.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates with good understanding, communication & troubleshooting skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in any software project implementation, end-user support or application support.
- Experience in business requirements analysis, documentation, functional unit testing, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Industry and application knowledge of Automotive systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage.
- A skill set in SQL will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to measure and improve existing processes and procedures.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to perform in a team-based environment with a positive working attitude.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturday: 9.00am to 12.30pm
