Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide strategic leadership across Sales, Marketing, and crossfunctional teams to set direction, elevate capability, and build a highperformance culture.
- Shape the Retail BU's commercial strategy across chain pharmacies, independent pharmacies, and GP channels to drive sustained growth and competitive advantage.
- Own BU financial performance, steering revenue, pricing, market share, and profitability with disciplined management of budgets and trade investments.
- Lead portfolio and lifecycle strategy, ensuring optimal prioritization, pricing, and resource allocation to maximize value across retail and GP segments.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key retail chains, pharmacy networks, distributors, and GP stakeholders to drive joint business outcomes.
- Ensure effective omnichannel brand execution and retail activation that translate into strong visibility, demand, and conversion across priority channels.
- Drive sales force effectiveness by setting clear commercial priorities, enhancing capability, and ensuring highquality engagement across retail and GP customers.
- Ensure launch excellence for new retail and GPfocused products through strong crossfunctional alignment, robust execution plans, and adherence to governance and compliance standards.
Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field, with strong grounding in commercial disciplines and a proven ability to lead integrated Sales and Marketing organizations.
- Minimum 10 years experience in pharmaceuticals, consumer health, or healthcare retail, with deep understanding of commercial execution across chain pharmacies, independent pharmacies, and GP channels.
- Demonstrated leadership of sizable P&Ls, with strong commercial acumen in pricing, forecasting, trade investment management, and profitability optimization in a multichannel retail environment.
- Proven track record in both sales leadership and marketing/brand management, including responsibility for brand strategy, portfolio planning, and omnichannel activation.
- Strong capability in strategic and longrange commercial planning, supported by business analysis skills and experience shaping channel strategies and customer growth plans.
- Significant experience leading highperforming field and headoffice teams, with strong people leadership capabilities in coaching, talent development, and crossfunctional collaboration.
- Ability to build and manage influential relationships with senior stakeholders across retail chains, distributors, pharmacy networks, and GP groups, supported by strong negotiation and external engagement skills.
- High standards of integrity, governance, and compliance, with a valuesdriven approach to decisionmaking and a commitment to ethical commercial practice.
