You will drive understanding, engagement and lasting behavioural adoption across a highly distributed workforce, partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT and business leaders in priority markets.

This is an opportunity to lead transformation at global scale, shaping how thousands of employees experience a new HR/payroll landscape.

How you will make an impact:

Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and deliver a practical global change and adoption strategy across all countries.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong cross-functional relationships and lead a network of change champions to drive advocacy.

Communication & Enablement: Create clear, audience-specific communications and oversee effective training to support adoption.

Readiness, Cutover & Hypercare: Lead country readiness, go/no-go alignment, cutover communications and post-go-live hypercare.

Benefits Realisation & Metrics: Track adoption KPIs, report progress to leadership and refine the playbook for future rollouts.

Governance & Ways of Working: Partner with PMO and programme leadership to ensure compliant, well-governed delivery.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years in change management for international programmes (HRIS/Payroll/Finance/ERP or similar), including multi-country rollouts with varying local practices and some resistance to change.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption across both large, complex entities and smaller offices with lean teams.
  • Hands-on with structured frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) and practical enough to tailor playbooks per country.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management across execs, country HR/Finance, IT and operations.
  • Comfortable translating technical concepts into business value; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Data-literate: can define and track adoption metrics, produce dashboards, and turn insights into actions.
  • Nice to have: Global payroll/HR domain knowledge; experience in shipping/logistics or similarly distributed workforces; multilingual capability.

Why Join Us

Global Impact: Play a key role in transforming our global payroll operations and making a significant impact on our organization.

Collaborative Environment: Work with a diverse and talented team of professionals from around the world.

Development: Gain exposure to complex, distributed workforces and international business environments.

Engagement: Contract or fixed-term (612 months)
