Our client is looking for a Change Manager to support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives by driving change management, business readiness, and solution adoption across multiple business units. This is a contract role can be based either in Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, depending on where the successful candidate is based.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare the business for upcoming changes by planning and coordinating readiness activities.
- Support communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.
- Work with project, IT, and business teams to understand impacts and help resolve issues.
- Track and manage change risks, readiness checklists, and go-live requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and translate needs into actionable plans.
- Maintain clear documentation such as impact assessments, training materials, and process updates.
- Manage change requests and support project governance and reporting.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in change management or business readiness.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to simplify complex information and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working independently and dealing with ambiguity.
- Basic understanding of processes, data, and systems.
- Experience in large transformation projects or multi-location teams.
- Familiarity with ERP or enterprise systems.
- Change or project management certifications.
