What You Will Do:

- Identify and recruit new business partners to expand the company's network.
- Explore and develop sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential business partners.
- Plan and execute business strategies to support company growth and objectives.
- Understand client requirements and stay updated on current market trends to provide effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales activities and progress.
- Business development and sales experiences in WAN & LAN networking products (Switch, Wireless Access Point, Router), CCTV systems, GPON, Gateway, AP, and IP CCTV.
- Have strong relationship partner management skills.
- Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills
- All national and Penang public holidays observed.
