We are seeking a proven Chief Commercial Officer, Asia to drive substantial revenue growth and market expansion across Asia's dynamic beverage landscape.

This senior leadership position requires a commercial strategist with demonstrated expertise in scaling revenue performance and establishing successful market entry strategies throughout the region. Bringing a track record of transforming market opportunities into measurable business results, with specific experience navigating Asia's complex regulatory environments and diverse consumer preferences, this role offers the opportunity to leverage deep regional market knowledge and proven growth methodologies to build sustainable competitive advantages across multiple beverage categories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead comprehensive commercial strategy development across multiple Asia markets with full P&L accountability and ownership of revenue growth targets. Drive strategic market expansion initiatives, including new territory development and portfolio optimization across beverage categories. Establish and strengthen distributor partnerships and key customer relationships while implementing data-driven sales strategies and performance management systems. Oversee cross-functional teams responsible for market research, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across diverse regional markets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Seeking an accomplished commercial leader with 15+ years of progressive experience demonstrating substantial revenue growth achievements and successful market expansion across Asia markets. Candidates must present proven P&L management experience with quantifiable business growth results in consumer goods or beverage industries. Essential qualifications include deep understanding of Asian market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and consumer behavior patterns, coupled with expertise in building scalable commercial operations. Strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management excellence, and the ability to execute strategic initiatives while adapting to rapidly evolving market conditions are critical for success.
