Overview

Join us as a Cloud Resiliency Engineer (Cloud Architect level) to secure the continuity of our customers mission-critical cloud environments. You will combine deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure HA/DR with a strong command of enterprise resiliency principles (DR, BCP, Incident Response). This role involves leading consulting engagements to assess infrastructure and processes, and delivering actionable plans to ensure rapid recoverability from any disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements to improve the reliability and recoverability of Azure cloud solutions.
• Design and implement robust High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Assess and design effective Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs) aligned with business risk tolerances.
• Drive the adoption of cloud-native resiliency patterns and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methods.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud engineering/architecture, with deep experience in Azure HA/DR design.
• Solid understanding of Azure architecture (Availability Zones, backup/recovery, monitoring).
• Experience in business continuity planning, incident response, and process maturity assessments.
• Excellent communication for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Background in technical consulting or assessment-based delivery.

• ITIL Foundation Certification
