Prepare CNC program using CAM software during NPI phase.
Ensure the program and WI of the program is stored and managed properly in the system.
Perform complex set-up and configuration tasks for CNC machines, including adjust tooling, making machine offsets, and tuning process parameters to achieve maximum performance and precision.
Support production team in optimizing the NC program.
Design and implement jig and fixture for process control on new and existing projects.
Collaborate with other members of the production team, including machinist, technician, engineer and quality control specialist to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise with focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

Job Requirements
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
Hands-on experience with CNC machining processes (milling, turning, or multi-axis machining).
Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
Proficient in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, UG NX, SolidCAM, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine operations.
Experience in machine setup, tooling selection, offsets adjustment, and parameter optimization.
Knowledge of jig and fixture design for machining processes.
Familiarity with engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production timelines.
