Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and enhance COBOL-based applications on IBM Mainframe systems.
- Perform coding, testing, debugging and troubleshooting of batch and online programs.
- Support JCL batch processing, job scheduling and production issues.
- Maintain and optimise VSAM files and database operations.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment and production support activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Mainframe Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL and VSAM.
- Familiarity with IBM z/OS, CICS, DB2 and Endevor.
- Experience in batch processing and production support.
- Banking or financial services experience, particularly in Deposits, is an added advantage.
