Job Description

Responsibilities:

In line with assigned product line -

  • Working with Country Head, Channel and Headquarter & local key stakeholders to develop the annual marketing plan ensuring alignment to business strategy and the wider APAC and global marketing strategy;
  • Proactively seeking out new and innovative marketing opportunities to promote the ASUS brand and increasing and accelerating revenue growth;
  • Managing marketing budget so that it delivers optimum return on investment, and supporting the achievement of the marketing and business objectives.

Go-to market strategies

  • In-Depth analysis of the market, industry needs and resources and other relevant information;
  • Development of the Strategic Marketing Plan;
  • Annual and quarterly review of this document to include the above key activities.
  • Working with key stakeholders to identify new opportunities, creating go-to-market strategies and developing sector specific propositions;
  • Working with the sales team to create and coordinating highly targeted digital and direct campaigns to generate new opportunities;
  • Deploying campaigns to achieve marketing attributed revenue goals.

Brand Management

  • Building a strong compelling brand and increase brand awareness, saliency and engagement through PR, campaigns (ATL, TTL and BTL), industry events, co-branded marketing campaigns with channel partners and other content marketing activity;
  • Ensuring all commercial channel and marketing activity adheres to the brand guidelines and that all creative work and collateral produced internally or externally meets the highest standards of accuracy and quality;
  • Ensuring key messages, brand identify tone and voice are consistent and reinforced in all external communications and materials.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Final briefing with agencies;
  • Coordination with industry and agencies on campaign requirements;
  • Oversight of campaign implementation;
  • Reviewing of interim reports/ updates on project development/ status provided by agencies.
  • Execution of the marketing plan: be accountable for executing the marketing plan to support revenue growth, demand generation, brand awareness and positioning objectives.

Market research, insight and analysis

  • Monitoring competitors and conducting market scans to identify relevant trends, threats and opportunities;
  • Reviewing all marketing activity to ensure optimizing the return on investment from all marketing expenditure, identifying areas for improvement.

Develop team members

  • guide, develop, coach, motivate, and counsel team members day to day for their professional growth

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 8+ years of IMC experience
  • Be able to influence and negotiate with various internal and external stakeholders and build on positive relationships
  • Strong Ability to manage multiple projects within agreed budget and deadlines
  • Ability to work with different parts of the business
